Diving with the
best in Maui means diving Molokini Crater. This partially submerged
volcanic cider cone offers some of the most dramatic diving in Hawaii.
Visibility often exceeds 100 feet, and is considered to be the best
visibility on average in the entire Pacific! The crater is one of the
few areas the State of Hawaii is legitimately protecting and the results
are obvious. Sharks, Rays, and abundant marine life are all common sites
at Molokini. Advanced charters are available for serious divers wanting
to explore "the backside", which drops down to 250 feet. |

Two Tank Select It is a daily option to dive Molokini Crater. One of the most convenient sites, its location is just 20 minutes from the Kihei Launch (departure port). Having dived extensively in the South Pacific, it is safe to say unequivocally that this area (and Hawaii in general) has the clearest water in the Pacific, averaging 120-150'. Expect white-tip sharks, eels, schools of butterflyfish, and occasionally manta rays. Charter runs (T,W,Th,F,Sun) Price (without equipment):
