Omar is the relative of a martyr and the martyrs families home he lives in is often occupied by ISM activists. Although he could well have chosen the militant route he has instead chosen the peaceful method or resistance. But because of his association with ISM and his open nature about the reality of life in Palestine he is a real target for the IDF.
