I see all oppressed people as having the same cause. Although the path to freedom is totally non-violent by Hawaiian's I still see massive similarities in the Hawaiian and Palestinian people. Both peoples have very little in economic terms; and yet they share more (everything really) than most wealthy Western people for sure. Both show great respect for the values of family and community. Both struggle against immensely powerful enemies with the world mostly ignoring them.

Therefore the Palestinian cause is the Hawaiian cause and vice versa. It is one of my aspirations to help facilitate all oppressed peoples standing together with Palestine as the first priority.
