The IDF soldiers here were sometimes laughing and sometimes irritated. On occasion they would lift their weapons to the ready as if they would shoot; but than they would pull back. I wondered quite a bit just how close they were to actually pulling the trigger; especially when one of them lifted his weapon and pointed it directly at me; which I did capture on video.

I commented on the relative restraint of the IDF on this day to a Palestinian brother and he told me that was easily explained by our presence. If we (Western people) were not there the chance of attack from the IDF would be that much greater. He was not the only one to say that and it only affirms my belief in the massive power of mass actions of Westerners in war torn lands.
