Unlawful Occupation

Countless western and world "leaders" continue to justify the invasion/occupation of Iraq. They justify 15,000 plus murdered Iraqi civilians along with tens of thousands of dead Iraqi soldiers and countless maimed and wounded and emotionally terrorized people by virtue of the necessity to "disarm" Saddam Hussein and "Liberate the Iraqi people."

And then there's Israel; nuclear weapons by the hundreds, accused (and guilty) war criminal Head of State with Ariel Sharon - 5 billion plus dollars a year in "foreign aid" from the United States and continuing favoured trading partner status with our so-called democracies.

And than there are the Palestinian's.

Comparing the treatment Iraq as compared to Israel is illuminating indeed.

Imagine Britain and the United States demanding Iraq's disempowered leaders end all acts of individual and group terrorism or they will maintain the occupation indefinitely; while increasing the occupation's brutality as they see fit. How insane would that be? Well that is exactly the position of the Israeli Government; and it has gotten away with this insanity by virtue of direct US backing and virtually uniform western complicity for over three decades.

Britain and the United States now duplicating Israel's brutal occupation in Iraq... for the Iraqis own good they tell us.
